Simple reason: they don't like the content of your blog.

They now don't like blogs about getting paid on the Web, as many of these posts anywhere from get paid to click on ads to get paid to read emails — which Adsense thinks is too high risk.

If you want Adsense, apply with a different blog on a different topic and don't use that blog anymore. Even if you get accepted, don't put Adsense on that blog.

Start from scratch — because Google still accepts Blogger site and I know for a fact that Google still accepts newly created blogs as long as they like the topic. They don't like yours.

OOOOOOOOOO I am so scared. It is called an “Internet Search Engine” you dumbass. There are thousands of them. They all have the potential to become just as powerful. So what? Are you trying to hide something? I am glad Google cooperates with the CIA, which I have known about for over 10 years. BTW, the fact that Google cooperates with CIA is no secret you fool. hi i have been working with this company for a while now they provide wholesale lists for electronics anywhere from apply ipods mp4 players car dvd players ig screen tv's for 300$ USD 42 inch they let me know where to get those products now i advertise them on ebay and sell them i make a minimum of 500$ dollars a day selling these products on the side they have really helped me out and showed me a whole other way of doing business the easy way. i suggest you give it a try its not hard to learn i did it and plus i still have a full time regular job also i do this on the side because you dont need to spend much time to make a decent amount of cash. Hey give it a try i have tried many online business's and his one only worked for me. This is th oly real one far as iam concerned iam never gonna stop doing this lol .
