Wikipedia Mobile Version is Released
As you probably know that Wikipedia has become a large online encyclopedia. Wikipedia provides a variety of information on the internet, to develop the expansion in the mobile version. This version is claimed lighter and faster.
This was possible because the mobile version of Wikipedia is designed without pictures, except Wikipedia logo. Hence, the data is transferred, so that result in less loading data into any more quickly.
Handheld devices that are required to be able to access the mobile version of Wikipedia is also not require high technology end. However, at least, the phone has WAP capability.
As quoted from detikINET, in the mobile version, the Wikipedia page was replaced with a search page. For those interested, Wikipedia can be accessed in the mobile mobile.wikipedia.org.
